Terms & Conditions

The terms on which Pantrix quotes, sells and ships.

These terms govern the use of this site and any sale of goods by Pantrix. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not affect any signed supply agreement between us, which takes precedence where the two differ.

1. Trade use only

This site is intended for businesses buying for resale, distribution or manufacture. By ordering you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and are authorised to bind the company you order for.

2. Quotations and orders

Prices shown in the catalogue are indicative unit prices and do not constitute an offer. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written proforma invoice and you accept it. Quotations are valid for fourteen days unless stated otherwise.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are quoted FOB Amman or FOB Alexandria as stated, exclusive of sea freight, insurance, destination charges and import duty. Catalogue prices display in local currency; invoices are issued in USD or EUR unless agreed otherwise.

4. Minimum quantities

We supply full container loads. Individual lines carry their own minimum order quantities and are sold in whole cartons. We may adjust a quantity up to the nearest whole carton and will tell you when we do.

5. Payment

Payment terms are those stated on the proforma invoice. Title in the goods passes only on receipt of payment in full. Overdue amounts carry interest at 1.5% per month. Deposits become non-refundable once production has started.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery is on the incoterm stated. Under FOB, risk passes to you when the goods are loaded aboard the vessel at the named port. Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not of the essence.

7. Product specification

Manufacturers may vary recipes, packaging and artwork without notice. Images on this site are illustrative. Where a change is material to your market we will tell you before shipping.

8. Compliance at destination

You are responsible for confirming that the goods, their labelling and their certification meet the import requirements of the destination country. Tell us at quotation stage what is required. We are not liable for goods refused entry on grounds you did not raise before shipment.

9. Claims

Claims must be raised within seven days of arrival, with photographic evidence, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales or loss of contracts. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including port closures, shipping line disruption, export restrictions, industrial action or natural events.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction.
