Payment Methods

Terms, currencies and how to get credit.

Accepted methods

  • Telegraphic transfer (T/T). Our default for most orders. 30% deposit to confirm and start production, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading.
  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. Preferred for first orders above USD 50,000 and for buyers in markets with currency controls. Confirmed by a first-class bank; L/C charges outside Jordan or Egypt are for your account.
  • Documents against Payment (D/P). Available to established customers after three completed shipments.

We do not accept credit cards or PayPal for trade orders — the transaction sizes and chargeback exposure make them unworkable at container scale.

Currencies

Catalogue prices are shown in the market's local currency — JOD for Jordan, EGP for Egypt. Invoices are issued in USD or EUR at the rate agreed on the quotation date, unless you specifically ask to be invoiced in local currency.

Terms by order history

StageTerms
First order30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy — or L/C at sight
Orders 2–330 / 70, or D/P on request
Established accountD/P, or 30-day credit subject to approval

Applying for credit

Credit terms are considered after three completed shipments. We ask for company registration documents, two trade references and, for larger limits, recent financial statements. Approval takes about ten working days.

Deposits and cancellation

Deposits confirm your order and release it into production. Once production has started a deposit is non-refundable, though it can normally be moved onto a replacement order — talk to us early if your plans change.

Bank charges

All bank charges outside Jordan or Egypt are for the buyer's account. Please instruct your bank to remit the full invoice value net of local deductions, or the shortfall will carry to your next shipment.
