Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering, pricing, shipping and paperwork.

Ordering

Do you sell to individuals?

No. Pantrix is a wholesale export platform and ships full container loads only. If you need retail quantities, a distributor in your market is the right route.

What is the minimum order?

One full container. Within that, each product line has its own MOQ in units, shown on every product card, and quantities move a whole carton at a time.

Can I mix products from Jordan and Egypt in one container?

No. The two markets load from different ports, so a container is filled from one catalogue or the other. The site enforces this — switching market gives you a separate container.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. We send sample cartons of catalogue lines at cost plus courier. Ask your account manager; samples are not ordered through the site.

Pricing

Are the prices on the site final?

They are indicative unit prices in the market's currency and are the basis of your quote. The firm price is the all-in FOB figure we return against your specific container — it accounts for the actual mix, cube and weight of your load.

Why do prices differ between the two markets?

Different manufacturers, different currencies, different input costs and different ports. Compare the delivered cost to your own port rather than the unit price alone.

How long is a quote valid?

Fourteen days. FMCG input costs and freight rates move quickly, and we would rather requote than honour a stale number badly.

Products

What does "package size" mean on a product?

The retail pack — 35 g, 250 ml, 1 L. One product carries several sizes, and each has its own price, MOQ, carton count and barcode. It is not a clothing size or a colour.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes, for most categories. Private label runs have their own minimums, usually well above catalogue MOQs, and a lead time of six to ten weeks including artwork approval.

What shelf life will we receive?

We ship with at least 75% of total shelf life remaining, and normally far more — most lines leave the factory within weeks of production.

Shipping and paperwork

Which incoterm do you quote?

FOB Amman or FOB Alexandria as standard. CIF is available on request.

What documents come with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and health certificate. HALAL and phytosanitary certificates are issued where the product and destination require them.

How long from order to loading?

Seven to fourteen days from Jordan and ten to eighteen from Egypt, once payment terms are met. Private label runs six to ten weeks.

Still need an answer?

Tell us the destination port and what you want to load, and we will come back with a firm FOB quote.
