What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
This policy explains what personal data Pantrix collects through this site and in the course of trading, and what we do with it. We collect business contact data — we are not a consumer service and do not build consumer profiles.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, role, email, phone, country.
- Trading records: quotations, orders, shipping documents and correspondence.
- Account data if you register: username, hashed password, order history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in server logs.
What we do not collect
We do not take payment card details on this site — trade payments are made by bank transfer or letter of credit, outside this platform. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell yours.

Who we share it with
Only where a shipment requires it: freight forwarders and shipping lines, customs authorities and chambers of commerce, inspection agencies you appoint, and our banks. We also use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Fulfilling an export order necessarily moves your contact details to the destination country and to the carriers involved. We share the minimum the documents require.
How long we keep it
Trading and shipping records are kept for ten years to meet Jordanian and Egyptian commercial and tax requirements. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for twelve months.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary to make it work — keeping you signed in, and remembering which container you are filling and which market you are browsing. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal retention period applies, or object to marketing at any time. Write to info@pantrix.com and we will respond within thirty days.
